How we work

Six stages from enquiry to after-sales. Each one has a defined output, so you always know what has been settled and what has not.

Process

From enquiry to delivered goods

01

Specification

We convert your enquiry into a written spec sheet: standard, grade, tolerance, finish, packing, markings, certification and target quantity. Nothing proceeds until you approve it.

02

Sourcing and vetting

We shortlist manufacturers against that sheet and verify them — business licence, production capability, relevant certification, and where the order justifies it, an on-site visit from Shanghai.

03

Quotation and sampling

You receive a quotation stating unit price, Incoterms, MOQ, lead time and payment terms, with our commercial basis shown. Where a sample is warranted, we arrange first-article approval before series production.

04

Production and QC

We follow production against the agreed milestones and inspect before shipment — dimensional checks, material and test certificates, packing and markings — with a photographic report issued to you.

05

Logistics and documents

Booking, consolidation, export clearance and the full document set: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, certificate of origin and applicable test certificates.

06

After-sales and spares

Warranty claims are handled by us with the manufacturer, not passed back to you. Supplier records are retained so repeat orders and spare parts can be matched to the original production run.

Also available

Supporting services

Supplier audits

On-site assessment of an existing supplier you already work with — capability, capacity, quality system and working conditions — reported to you independently.

Consolidation

Goods from several manufacturers received, checked and consolidated into a single container in China, reducing freight cost and the number of customs entries at your end.

Sample and small-batch runs

Trial quantities arranged before committing to a series order, including the qualification testing your engineering team needs to sign off.
