Why this company exists
Most buyers who source industrial goods from China do not lack suppliers. They lack a counterparty who is accountable when the specification and the delivered goods diverge. The marketplace model puts a search engine between the buyer and the factory; the pure-broker model puts three intermediaries there, each one thinner on responsibility than the last.
Calisty International Trading Limited was incorporated in Hong Kong on 27 August 2026 under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) to occupy that gap deliberately. Contracting and settlement sit in Hong Kong, under a legal and banking framework international buyers already understand. Sourcing, factory visits and quality control run out of the Shanghai office, close to the manufacturing base.
The company is young, and we state that plainly rather than dressing it up. What is not new is the working method: source to a written specification, verify before shipment, document properly, and agree the commercial basis in advance. Everything on this site is verifiable — our registration number can be checked against the Hong Kong Companies Registry, and we will provide certified copies of our incorporation and business registration documents on request.

We publish our registration number and our addresses because we expect you to check them. Any claim we make about a supplier, a certificate or a test result is one we can produce evidence for.

Say no when no is the answer
If a tolerance is not achievable at your target price, if a certification cannot legitimately be obtained, or if a lead time is not realistic, we say so at the quotation stage rather than at the shipping stage.
